This new version brings several new features and enhancements.

CMS

Non-blocking alerts in editing

It is now possible to set up non-blocking alerts on content registration: these display a message, and the registration remains available.

Lifecycle duplication

This new feature allows you to duplicate an existing life cycle with a single click.

How to modify repeaters in an array

Editing repeaters in table format has been enhanced: entries can now be added, deleted and reordered. 

Content history: display of restored version number

When restoring a content version, the history tool now displays the restored version number. 

Launch a Back Office search with the Enter key

Back Office search has been enriched: you can now fill in a criterion and launch the associated search directly by pressing the Enter key. 

New layout for search engines

The appearance of search engines has been redesigned.
Labels are displayed above the field, and criteria now adapt to the width of the window.

Rights explanation tool

This new tool allows you to understand why a user has a right.

Content comparison tool

A content comparison tool is available.
This tool accurately displays the differences between two versions of a content.

Lifecycle modification tool

The Lifecycles tool now lets you modify a lifecycle.

Comment thread tool

A new tool displaying a feed of comments by content is available in the back office.

Labels can be ordered

Ametys offers the option of defining a priority label, which modifies the display order on the back office side.

Rough search

Searching by "Title or Full text" criterion allows an approximate search (with spelling or phonetic errors).

Mail redesign

Mails sent by the Ametys application have been revised.

Ribbon reorganization

The ribbon has been reorganized to makeAmetys easier to use.

Entering repeaters in tables

A new way of entering repeaters in table form is now available.

Multiple file uploads

The back-office offers multiple file uploads to:
. the resource explorer
. content and page attachments
. links to downloadable files in rich text.

Data visualization : All data" added

The data visualization tool is enriched with the "All data" entry, enabling properties to be viewed as well. 

Viewing user profiles

This new tool lets you see at a glance the rights assigned to a user.

Integration

Redesigned virtual pages with configurable page content

Virtual pages (ODF, classified ads, directory, organization chart) can now be overloaded via the XML configuration.

Two new services display information on project spaces:
- My collaborative spaces
- My activity feed

New "Document Carousel" view for documents

A new "Document Carousel" view is available on Documents. 

New "Info" view for articles

Article content has a new "Info" view.

Enable Matomo statistics to display the number of visits to your pages.

New "Agenda" view for news

The news search service offers the new "Agenda" view. 

New "Photo gallery" view for services Directory contents and page attachments

This new "Photo Gallery" view lets you display images in the form of a photo gallery, with a choice of thumbnail sizes.

New "Featured videos" view

A new search service for "Video Document" content is now available.

Template parameter to disable FO editing

The front-office editing toolbar can be disabled via a view parameter. 

Training courses

Centralized role assignment

This tool, available on a course, gives you a complete overview of the rights to a course model, and enables you to allocate them.

Addition of a decorator for ELPs with shared teaching hours on the model tool

A new "Shared teaching hours" decorator has been added to the model tool to identify ELPs with at least one teaching hour shared with another ELP. 

Change in entitlement calculation for mutualized ELPs

The calculation of entitlements for shared ELPs has been revised, depending on the presence of a carrier year and the number of parents.

MCC Lifecycle

Year-type containers are enriched with an MCC life cycle with the following statuses:
- Rules validated
- Tests validated
- Component validation
- MCC validation CFVU

ECTS per pedagogical path

A new repeater is available on shared ELPs, enabling ECTS to be defined according to their pedagogical path.

Changes to the cost simulator

The cost simulator has been enhanced:
First column locked
Enhanced modification (accessible with a single click)

Export PDF from MCC

The MCC report is available at PDF. 

Word export of rules

The Word format is proposed for exporting procurement rules (Working version, Modified rules, Consolidated version).

Generate PDF MCCs for CFVU validation

When a Year container changes status to "Validated MCC CFVU", the official MCC document in PDF format is generated and archived. 

Managers / Contributors of a training element

To simplify rights onODF, three profiles have been identified:
. contributor (rights on standard fields)
. manager (rights on strategic fields and model modification)
. MCC manager (rights on MCC-related fields).
With a single click, a user can be assigned one of these profiles for the various training elements (training, container, path, ELP or component).

MCC: graduation rules

Ametys ODF 4.8 allows you to manage graduation rules by offering:
. A tool for managing standard rules
. A tool for managing rules on Year type containers
. Several types of rule exports for Year containers

Test model

Centralized entry of tests is enhanced by test templates (creation of a template, then application of this template to each copy).

New Pégase connector

The Pégase import connector fromAmetys 4.8 is compatible with version 24 of Pégase. 

New right for modification after CFVU validation

The "Validated CFVU" post modification right is available and allows you to modify deactivated fields and the structure after validation at CFVU level. 

 

New right to detach model elements

The new "Detach an element" right is present in the "Training offer" group, and authorizes the user to detach an element from its parent in the model. 

New model indicators

The model's indicators are enriched with :
- the code for the elements
- a tooltip indicating the number of mutualizations
- a color with a tooltip explanation in the event of a problem

New "My Training" tool

The "My Courses" tool lists all the training elements (Courses, Paths, Containers and ELPs) on which the current user is positioned as a contributor, manager or MCC manager. 

New "Mutualized" property for training elements

 ELPs contain a new "Mutualized" property, allowing searches to be performed on this criterion. 

MCC report by year

The MCC training report includes one file per container of type Year. 

Container research

A new container search tool is now available.

Redirect URL from IPWeb to ELP .Ametys

It is now possible to redirect URL from IPWeb (an Apogée module) to ELP Ametys .
To do this, 3 new configuration parameters have been added to the Training Offer group.

Centralized test entry (MCC)

This tool, available on a course, container or itinerary, enables you to obtain a complete overview of knowledge control procedures and make modifications.

Centralized entry of hourly volumes

This tool, which is available for all courses, pathways and containers, enables you to obtain a complete overview of teaching hours on the model, and to modify them. 

Pilot dashboard

The piloting dashboard displays statistics on the piloting lifecycle, the MCC lifecycle and graduation rules.

New from plugins

Calendar - Save full-page calendar filter

A new parameter has been added to the Events Calendar service, enabling the full-page calendar filter to be saved in user preferences.

CaptchEtat - New plugin

Ametys supports CaptchEtat for back-office and front-office connections.
This is a distorted string CAPTCHA to be reproduced.

Microsoft ADFS connection

A new user identification mode is available: Microsoft ADFS.

Entra ID - Silent authentication

When the new "Enable silent authentication" box is checked, a user already logged in to Entra ID will be logged in to Ametys transparently, without having to go through the authentication form...

Extraction - Adding a filter

A new filter has been added to the Extractions tool, making it easier to search for a keyword in a file name.

Forms - New setting for autocomplete text fields

A new "Auto-completion" parameter is available for text form fields.
This parameter enables the browser to propose completion with values previously entered for the selected type. 

Forms - Email notification settings

Notification e-mail recipients can now be configured:
- Direct entry of
email addresses - Selection of a form field filled with email addresses

Multimedia - Web VTT files can be added to video/audio documents

It is now possible to add subtitles and text descriptions to audio and video files, making these documents accessible.

This version also includes 512 corrections and 309 improvements.
