The menu is accessible from the Operation tab.
Clicking on this button opens the following window, in the settings tab:
On the left, parameter files are displayed as a tree.
The following actions are possible:
Save changes: saves changes made.
- In terms of files :
Create a new folder 
Rename an existing folder
Delete a subfolder (the user will be asked to confirm)
- At the file level :
Allows you to import an existing file. 
Open a file (by double-clicking on the file in the tree view or selecting the "Open" button).
This opens in the right-hand section, in a "File" tab. You can modify the contents of the open file directly in the editor.

Search for a keyword in a file name or in the contents of a file
Available from version 4.8.0
A keyword can be searched for in a name or in the contents of a file using the "Search" filter located above the parameter folders window (orange box).
Example: Search for the keyword "Ametys".
Files containing the keyword "Ametys" are automatically displayed. As long as the keyword is written into the filter, only results containing "Ametys" will be displayed.
To view all existing parameter files, simply delete the filter using the "Delete" button or the eraser next to the filter.
