To simplify rights onODF, three profiles have been identified:
- contributor (rights to standard fields)
- manager (rights to strategic fields and layout modification)
- MCC manager (rights on MCC-related fields).
These three profiles can be configured by the administrator in the application configuration:
In the back office, a new "Assign managers" button is available on the various training elements (training, container, course, ELP or component).
This one-click button assigns the corresponding profile (contributor, manager or MCC manager) to a user.
The profile is assigned to the element, and automatically to its sub-elements by inheritance.
