Tool presentation
The tool for creating and deleting rights is located in the back office administration,"Users, groups and rights" tab.
This tool has been available since version 4.8
This tool is linked to the "Create/Remove a right" right available in the Administration category.
Creating a right
To create a right, click on New right and enter the following information:
- Wording
- Description
- Identifier (automatically suggested from the label)
- Choose one of the existing categories
At present, only the "Standard lifecycle of form-related requests" category has an application for using the new rights.
This category is used to create form lifecycles. Click here to find out more about creating a lifecycle.
Once the new right has been created, you can assign it to a right profile(click here to find out more about assigning a right).
Deleting a right
The action of removal of a right can only be performed on a customized right (an existing Ametys right cannot be deleted), and unused (not assigned to a profile).
