Comment thread tool

This new tool displays a thread of comments by content.

This tool enables content contributors to send each other messages.

This tool is linked to the "Participate in comment threads" right available in the Content group. 

It is possible to mention a person with @ (the list of users is then displayed).

The person mentioned is notified by email.
