Non-blocking alerts in editing

It is now possible to set up non-blocking alerts when recording content: these display a message, and the recording remains available. 

The alert relates to content fields, such as the coefficient on a pedagogical element: 

The way alerts are displayed during registration depends on the type of content and the field definitions specific to each application.
The default version does not include a non-blocking alert.
