Change in entitlement calculation for mutualized ELPs


The new rules for calculating the rights of a ELP mutualized employee are as follows: 

  • ifELP has a carrier year => rights must only be granted by a parent in the carrier year tree structure
  • if theELP has more than one parent of the year type => no rights must be given via the contributor/manager attributes
  • if theELP does not have a year-type parent and is shared within the same formation => rights can be given by any parent
  • if theELP does not have a year-type parent and is shared by 2 or more courses => no rights must be given via the contributor/manager attributes
