Rights creation tool

A new tool for creating and deleting rights is available in the "Users, groups and rights" tab. 

This tool is linked to the "Create/Remove a right" right available in the Administration category. 

To create a right, please provide the following information: 

• Wording
• Description
• Identifier (automatically suggested from the label)
• Choose from existing categories

Deletion can only be carried out on a customized right (an existing Ametys right cannot be deleted), and unused (not assigned to a profile).
