Presentation

Page lock prevents other users from performing certain actions while work is in progress on a page.

This feature is linked to the "Lock/unlock a page" right available in the "Site map" category.

Functionality Page locked is located within thePage" tab, "Site map" group.

The Locked Page button has two states:

  • The button is activated (page is locked) When you click on the "Lock" button: it is purple, the padlock is closed and a tooltip appears with the name of the locked page. Example: the page "The institution" is locked.
  • The button is disabled (page not locked) When the button is hovered over, a tooltip appears with the name of the unlocked page.

Features disabled when a page is locked

When the page is in the "locked" state, several functions are disabled.
They appear grayed out and can no longer be clicked. When you hover over the button, a tooltip explains the deactivated state of these functions.
