Add a filter for viewing rights profiles

A filter completes the rights viewing tool, making it easier to find an assigned right. 

Copy/paste services

The paper press is available on the services.

Litter garbage can

A recycle garbage can is now available for pages and resources, allowing deleted items to be restored.

Changes to the comment thread

The comment feed is evolving:
. Mention of a user without access to the tool in red
. New right to always be notified when a comment is added.

Like on news or articles

You can also "Like" a news item or an article!

List of rights on a context

The "Rights details" tool displays the list of rights granted according to context (page, content, etc.).

Overhaul and extension of Properties tools

The Properties tool has been completely redesigned to become a single tool.

Matomo search statistics

A new parameter has been added to search services, enabling search tracking to be activated via the tracking manager configured by the application. 

PWA Support

Catalog and project spaces can be installed as native applications

Deleting a scheduled post

A new Delete button has been added to the scheduled publication tool, enabling you to delete a publication that has already been scheduled.

Alphanumeric sorting of file trees

Files are now sorted alpha numerically (resource explorer, attachments ...)

Manual page lock

Ametys now offers page locking, to prevent other users from performing certain actions while work is in progress on a page.

Viewing the use of rights profiles

The new "Profile usage" tool is now available, enabling you to view the contexts in which rights profiles are used. 

Training courses

Decorator enhancement on carriers

The "Elements carried by another year" decorator is enriched with an orange indicator when a carrying year is not indicated. 

Improved deletion message

When deleting an element from the model (course, path, container, ELP,ELP list), an indication of the number of contents to be deleted is displayed to help the user. 
 

Improvements to the steering dashboard

The steering dashboard includes the following entries:
. "No validation" for the MCC and piloting life cycles
. "Invalid data" for the MCC lifecycle

Skills-based approach - Experimental mode

The competency-based approach is evolving with the introduction of a new hierarchical structure:
. Macroskill: a high-level, potentially cross-functional skill
. Micro-skills: grouped under each macro-skill.
Each macro-skill can now be linked to a training course.

Display code

The code used to display training elements in search engines, mock-ups, exports, etc. is configurable, and can be chosen from:
. Ametys code (default value)
. Apogée code
. Apogée synchronization code
. CDMFr synchronization code
. Pégase synchronization code

Coefficient per educational path

On a shared ELP , Ametys ODF can be used to define the MCC coefficient according to the pedagogical path.

MCC Lifecycle

The MCC lifecycle is enriched:
. New control stages with associated rights (Component-controlled MCC entry and CFVU-controlled MCC entry)
. Possibility of refusing a step with choice of return (previous step or initial entry step)

Export CSV assessments

An export of evaluations in CSV format is available for courses, containers and components. 

Export standard rules in Word format

Standard rules can be exported in Word format.

Configurable model export via a view

To facilitate customization, the report can now be configured via an Ametys view, making it easy to add or remove fields.

Component filter for MCC reports

MCC and MCC differential reports can now be filtered by component, allowing only the corresponding training years to be exported.

MCC by pedagogical path

Ametys ODF allows you to enter evaluations by pedagogical path on an ELP.

Nomenclature of Ametys codes

The nomenclature of unique internal Ametys codes used to create training offer objects is configurable:
. Random code
. Incremental code prefixed by type

Display performance

The display of training courses has been reworked to significantly improve performance.

Possibility of disabling indexing ofODF pages

TheODF page root configuration includes a checkbox to enable indexing of training pages.
Indexing performance is better without this setting.

Differential ratio of models between 2 catalogs

The differential report of models between 2 catalogs is available in Word or Excel format! 

MCC Report: export by training

It is now possible to choose whether the MCC report generated contains a file for each course.

Centralized skills entry - Experimental mode

The centralized skills entry tool lets you view all the micro-skills associated with an ELP , and assign them directly.

Entering assessments: taking pedagogical paths into account

The evaluation entry table has been enhanced to take account of pedagogical paths: ECTS, Coefficient and MCC. 

Cost simulator: headcount and groups for current and previous years

The cost simulator now displays:
. actual headcount for current year (N) and previous year (N-1)
. number of groups opened in current year (N) and previous year (N-1)

Cost simulator: consistency check

The cost simulator now includes a workforce consistency check.

Delete pilot reports

One or more pilot reports can be deleted.

Clickable tooltips on the model and cost simulator

Links become clickable in the tooltips of the model and the cost simulator.

Working version of MCC reports

The watermark on MCC reports in PDF format has changed: from "MCC entry controlled component" status, the information is now displayed at the bottom left of the document.

Subscriptions/Notifications

Logged-in users can :
- subscribe to one or more themes by choosing the consultation channels and notification frequency.
- follow one or more pages by choosing the frequency of notifications.

Directory - Choice of content type Entities for organizational chart root

The Entity content type selection has been added to the root of the flowchart.

Directory - Service User display

A new service for displaying a user is now available.

Directory - Default value for a field based on an attribute in the directory record

The default value of a text field on a form can come from a directory record.

CaptchEtat V2

As V1 becomes obsolete in December 2024, Ametys supports CaptchEtat V2.

Forms - Calculated field based on an attribute in a directory record

The new "Directory users" source available on calculated fields displays an attribute of a directory record.

Forms - Modification of an entry by the bidder

The bidder can modify form entries from the "My submissions" dashboard.

New service for displaying OneDrive resources

The "Microsoft OneDrive Resources" service allows you to display OneDrive files and directories for the logged-in user with the ability to display:

The new version of the Flipbook plugin offers a more responsive user experience.
