The document search service lets you insert a search form for documents attached to a page or content.

Add service 

Select a site page and a zone of your choice. Go to the "Add a service" menu and click on "Document search" to insert the document search engine.

Add search criteria by sections or pages by selecting one or more pages on your site, or select a section on your site to limit the search to this section and its sub-pages.


If you select only one heading, the search will only include the pages in that heading, without giving users a choice

If you select more than one heading, the user will be able to choose a heading from a drop-down list. Leave this parameter empty so that this criterion does not appear and the search is carried out throughout the site.

  • Format: The format (mime-type) of the document (e.g. pdf, image, text, ...)
  • Creator: The author of the document
  • Publisher: The document publisher
