Entering assessments: taking pedagogical paths into account

The evaluation entry table has been enhanced to take account of pedagogical paths:

  • ECTS :
    • The column ECTS default corresponds to the default ECTS value :
      • For a non-shared ELP , this value is used
      • For a shared ELP , this value corresponds to the value common to all pedagogical paths.
    • The column ECTS corresponds to the educational path value :
      • For a non-shared ELP , this value is meaningless. It cannot be used and cannot be modified.
      • For a shared ELP , this value corresponds to the ECTS value for theELP's pedagogical path. If this column is not filled in, then the default ECTS column value is used.
  • Coefficient
    • The column Default coefficient corresponds to the value of the default coefficient :
      • For a non-shared ELP , this value is used
      • For a shared ELP , this value corresponds to the value common to all pedagogical paths.
    • The column Coefficientcorresponds to the educational path value :
      • For a non-mutualized ELP , this value is meaningless. It cannot be used and cannot be modified.
      • For a shared ELP , this value corresponds to the value of the coefficient for theELP's pedagogical path. If this column is not filled in, then the value in the Default Coefficient column is used.

  • MCC : One column Shared evaluation is present for the Initial Evaluation/Main Session table and for the Second Chance/Catch-up Session table.
    • If the 'Shared assessment' column is checked, then the assessment is common to all learning paths.
    • If the 'Shared assessment' column is not checked, then the assessment is associated with theELP learning path.
