Until now, page creation was always carried out in this order:
- Select a parent page
- Choice of titles (short and long)
- Content type selection
- Template selection
- Label selection
Several changes have been made in this latest version to simplify page creation from within the site:
Select Parent Page
Previously, page creation was only possible if a parent page was selected.
It is now possible to create a new page without having selected a parent page. In this case, the Page Creation Wizard offers a list of parent pages to select from.
The 2 types of creation can coexist in Ametys via configuration.
Content type and template selection pages can be hidden
Ametys now offers the possibility of :
- Hide the content type selection page (by selecting a default content type via configuration)
- Hide the template selection page (by selecting a default template via configuration).
Simplified label management
The label selection page mask (by pre-selecting the labels to be applied) is also available.
