Configuration
The plugin newsletter requires three site configuration parameters and one global configuration parameter.
Site parameters
General information on creating and configuring a site can be found in the following section of the administration manual: Creating a new site. More detailed information on these parameters can be found there (see )
In the site settings area, in the "Newsletter" section, enter the following parameters:
- Sender: the address used to send letters (reply-to).
- Automatic subcategory subscription: yes / no. Check this box so that a subscriber to a category is automatically subscribed to its sub-categories.
- Automatic subscription to parent categories: yes / no. Check this box if you want a subscriber to a category to be automatically subscribed to its parent categories.
- Newsletter tracking: Check this box to enable Google Analytics tracking of newsletters.
Configuration parameter
Go to the application's configuration interface to set the time for sending automatic newsletters
