Chart administration screen and chart templates

Go to the CMS administration interface and click on "Graphic guidelines" to access the graphic guidelines management screen.

The graphic charter management screen is divided into 3 parts:

• Model charters;
• Graphic charters used by any site;
• Graphic charters used by one or more sites.

Import a model

Click on"Import a template Ametys" to import a new template.

Select the template contained in a ZIP file on your disk, then click "Ok".

Generate a charter

Select a template and click on"Generate a chart" to create a new chart from it.

Choose a name for your chart (in lower case and without spaces or special characters), then click on "Ok" to validate.

Your new charter is created. At this stage, it appears in the list of unused charters.

This is a copy of the charter template. In the "Info" box on the right, it appears as linked to the chosen template.

Re-applying the model

A charter template can be re-applied to a specific charter or to all charters using this template.

Re-apply a template to reflect any changes made to the template on the charters derived from it.
The values of charter parameters (colors, styles, images, etc.) - if they still exist - are preserved.

Select a template and click on"Re-apply to charters" to re-apply the template to all charters based on this template.

Select a chart and click on"Re-apply template" to re-apply the template to that chart only.

If the charter does not come from a template, this action is not available.

Remove link to model

Removing the link with the template allows you to decorrelate the charter from its template: the charter will no longer be affected by modifications to the template.

Please note that the charter can no longer be modified using the graphic charter tool.

Select a chart and click on "Remove template link".

If the charter does not come from a template, this action is not available.

Filter charts by model

Select a template and click on"View template charts" to view only the charts from that template.

Delete a model

As with a charter, you can delete a template. Select a template and click on"Delete".

Charters based on this template are not deleted, but the link to the template will be automatically removed, and it will no longer be possible to use the Graphic Charter Workshop for charters based on this template.

Export a model

Select a template and click on"Export" to export the template in ZIP format.
