Several services are available for forms: 

Form

The Form service displays a form. 

The Form service can be inserted at the root of the sitemap. In this way, the service will be inherited on all subpages of the root.

Select the form to be displayed.

A tree view with an open filter is available to facilitate selection. 

This tree view shows only correctly configured forms.

(Available only if the value "Redirect to the page selected below" has been selected for Submission.)

Selects the page to be displayed once the form has been submitted. A tree view of pages is available to facilitate selection.

My submissions

The My Submissions service displays the current user's form submissions dashboard. 

How it works

The service displays the list of submissions for the current user in a table, containing one row per submission and the following columns: 

  • Form name
  • Submission date
  • Date of last update
  • Status (filled in if the form has a life cycle, empty otherwise)
  • History (filled in if the form has a life cycle, empty otherwise)

Clicking on the Form column opens a window containing the submission details:

Dashboard

The Dashboard service displays a dashboard for processing various user requests. 

How it works

The service displays a list of forms containing submissions to be processed. 

Only forms with a life cycle are displayed by the service. 

Once a form has been selected, the list of submissions for that form is displayed in a table containing one row per submission, and the following columns: 

  • Input number
  • Data: click on the opens a window containing details of the submission (this is the same window as the My Submissions service)
  • Author
  • Submission date
  • Date of last update
  • Status
  • History: click on the opens a window containing the submission status history (the same window as the My Submissions service)
  • Actions: to change the status of the submission. 

From version 4.7: if fields can be modified after submission (Access rights tab when configuring the field), modification is possible during this action. For example :
