Forms are available from version 2.15.0 onwards
Several services are available for forms:

The Form service displays a form.

The Form service can be inserted at the root of the sitemap. In this way, the service will be inherited on all subpages of the root.

A mini-survey is a form containing a single "Choice list" field, limited to a single person .
If a form inserted via the service is modified and becomes misconfigured, the service is displayed as follows: 
The My Submissions service displays the current user's form submissions dashboard.
The service displays the list of submissions for the current user in a table, containing one row per submission and the following columns:

The service displays a list of forms containing submissions to be processed.
Only forms with a life cycle are displayed by the service.
