Report
Access to this report is subject to the "Generate student hourly volume report" right.
The button Hours per student 
allows you to run calculations on the number of hours per student for a given component in .xls format.
Before launching the Hourly volume per student report, you must have entered the hourly volume in the smallest ELPs that are contained in UEs.
Clicking on the button opens a pop-up window for you to select the report parameters.

Click OK to confirm.
A new pop-up will open to confirm your choice of report launch.
From the piloting tab, click on the search button in the search criteria to display the report.
To download the extraction you can double-click on the extraction or go to the Steering tab and click on the Download report button.
The downloaded report is in zip format and contains hourly volume files by component.
