MCC data entry - Documentation Ametys

Knowledge control methods are entered in the ELP Management tab. We recommend that you enter the MCCs in the smallest ELPs (EC).

Go to the Steering tab, where you'll find fields related to MCC.

MODU weight	MODU weight is only required if your ELP is a Module.	No

Both sessions are examination sessions, for example June and September.

Nature of teaching	Select a teaching type from the drop-down list, e.g. lecture, tutorial, practical. Teaching types are defined in the Nature (Teaching) reference table.	No
Modality	Select the examination mode from the drop-down list, e.g. CCI continuous assessment, mixed examination. Modalities are defined in the reference table MCC Modality session 1. There is also the table MCC modality session 2 for adding modality for knowledge control in session 2.	Yes
Nature	Choose the type of examination from the drop-down list, e.g. written, oral, dissertation with oral defense, oral defense, written defense... The types are defined in the MCC reference table for assessment types.	Yes
Duration (min)	Enter the duration of the exam. The duration is compulsory for supervised homework.	No
Number	Enter the number of tests.	No
Coefficient	Enter the exam coefficient as a decimal, integer, % or fraction.	No
Remarks	This field is a rich text that allows you to enter important remarks about the knowledge test.	No
