Entering a standard

A standard can be defined on the teaching hours of a lower-level ELP , a year container, or by default in the teaching type reference table.

A standard is entered in the Control tab of a container.

Select a training course from the Training Search tool
In the Training tab, click on the Training model
Select License year container
In the Container tab, click on the Modify content
In the piloting tab, you'll find the standard field, from which you can select a standard you've already created from the drop-down list.
Register your container

A standard is entered in the Teaching hours field of the ELP presentation tab.

Select a course from the course search tool
In the Training tab, click on the Training model

To modify a ELP, you can also search by ELP with the tool Search for a ELP.
Select a ELP
In the Teaching element tab, click on the Modify content
TheELP opens, and in the Presentation tab, there is the field Teaching hours.
Click on the + button to add a teaching hours standard.
Fill in the mandatory fields and the standard in the pop-up window.

Click on Ok and save your ELP

A default standard is entered in the Teaching hours field of the ELP presentation tab .

Select a course from the course search tool
In the Training tab, click on the Training model

To modify a ELP, you can also search by ELP with the tool Search for a ELP.
Select a lower-level ELP
In the Teaching element tab, click on the Modify content
TheELP opens, and in the Presentation tab, there is the field Teaching hours.
Click on the + button to add the Nature of teaching to the teaching hours.
Fill in the Nature of teaching field in the pop-up window

You must fill in the mandatory fields before validating the teaching hour.

Click on Ok and save your ELP.
