Description of the teaching program

Each course has a tree structure, often consisting of paths, containers, lists of learning elements and learning elements.

To access the course tree, search for a course and select a course.

Ergonomic principle
When a tool is open, the selected item is highlighted in blue.
In the example above, the training course selected in the search engine is DEUST mention Métiers de l'animation sociale.

Once you've selected the course, go to the Training tab, click on the Course model button.

Training model

The Course model button opens a side tool with the tree of the course you've selected.

Ergonomic principle
If you select another training course in the search results, the Training Organization tool updates automatically.

The following 4 elements are available from version 4.3:
- Lifecycle status
- Shared elements
- Type of listELP
- Elements carried by another stage

The element excluded from publication is available from version 4.7

The element shared teaching hours is available from version 4.8

The training model contains the following header: 

Filter

The filter zone (circled in orange in the diagram above) is made up of the following components: 

  • A 3-character filter: only nodes matching this filter are displayed. The deletes the filter. 
  • A button  to close all nodes in the model
  • A button to refresh the selected model node
  • A button  to display indicators :  
    • Lifecycle status If the box is checked, then : 
      • The pictogram is displayed after the node if it is validated.
      • The pictogram is displayed after the node if it is not validated. 
    • Shared elements If the box is checked, then :
      • The pictogram is displayed after the node if it is shared.
      • The pictogram  is displayed after the node if a parent element is shared.

      • The pictogram  takes precedence over the pictogram If an element is the child of a shared parent that is itself shared, the pictogram  which will be displayed. 

    • List typeELP  If the box is checked, then :
      • The pictogram  is displayed to highlight a list of optionalELP .
      • The pictogram  is displayed to highlight a list ofELP choices.
    • Item excluded from publication . If the box is checked, then a pictogram is displayed in front of the element(s) excluded from the front office display.
    • Element shared teaching hours . If the box is checked, then a pictogram is displayed in front of the node when there is a shared teaching hour.
    • Elements carried by another stage  If the box is checked, then the pictogram  is displayed after the node if it is shared and not carried by the current stage.

As the notion of supporting stages is introduced by plugin odf-pilotage, this "Elements supported by another stage" decorator is only present if you have this plugin.

Checking training status

The training status verification area is circled in blue on the diagram above. 

Click on it to check the overall validation status of the course. 

  • If all training elements are validated, the field is filled in as follows: 

 

  • If at least one element of the course is not validated, the field is filled in as follows: 

Click on the opens a pop-up listing the unvalidated elements of the course: 

The button  to restart a global verification. 

Add a route

You can add a course by selecting the parent element in the course tree.

The parent element for creating a course can be a Formation, a Course or a Container.

Once the parent element has been selected, click on the Add course tool in the Training, Course or Container tab.

Fill in the fields in the window:

Press OK to validate the route information.

Your new course is displayed in the training tree.

You can add as many paths as you like to a course, path or container.

To view the course in the central area, double-click on the course you've just created.

You can then modify it, adding information to the various fields.

Ergonomic principles
In the training organization tree, you can move elements around.
Click on an element and hold left-click to reorder elements.
A line appears between the elements, indicating the target location.

Modify a route

To modify your course after it has been created, click on the Modify content button in the Course tab.

To modify an existing course, search for a course and click on the Course organization button.

The path you want to modify may belong to a course, another path or a container.

Select your course in the course tree, the Course tab appears and then click on the Modify content button.

You can also double-click on the course to open it in the main area, and the Modify content button will also be available in the Course tab.

Overview of route fields: fields are grouped together in tabs, and those that are mandatory are followed by an asterisk (*).

Save :

Once all fields have been filled in, click on the Save button in the Edit tab.

 

You can save your current entry and stay on course, or save & close.

Add a container

Add a container by selecting the parent element in the training tree and clicking on Add container.

The parent element can be a Formation, a Route or a Container.

Press ok to validate your container.

Your new container is displayed in the training tree.

You can add as many containers as you like to a course, a route or a container.

Container fields can be modified.

Modifying a container

To modify the container you've just created, select your container in the layout tree and click on the Modify contents button in the Container tab.

To modify an existing container, search for a course and click on the Course organization button.

The container you want to modify may belong to a course, a journey or another container.

Select your container in the course tree, the Container tab appears and then click on the Modify content button.

Save :

Once you've modified the fields, click on the Save button in the Edit tab.

You can save your current entry and stay on course, or save & close.

Add a list

You can add a list ofELP to a course, path or container.

Select the parent element (course, path, container, ELP), click on the Add a list button available in the course, path and container tabs.

Press OK to validate your list. Your newELP list is displayed in an open tab in the central area.
TheELP list is also displayed in the training tree.

You can add as manyELP lists as you like to a training course, a container, a course or a ELP

You can modify theELP list if you wish.

Modify a list ofELP

 To modify yourELP list after it has been created, click on the Modify contents button in the ELP list tab .

To modify an existingELP list, you need to search for a training course and click on the Training organization button.

The list ofELP that you want to modify can belong to a training, a course, a container or a ELP.

Select your container in the course tree, the ELP list tab appears and click on the Modify contents button.

Overview ofELP list fields: mandatory fields are followed by an asterisk (*).

Save :

Once you've modified the fields, click on the Save button in the Edit tab.

You can save your current entry and stay on course, or save & close.

Add a ELP

A ELP can only be added to aELP list. 

To add a ELP, select a list ofELP and click on the Add a ELP button .

ELP is displayed in the training tree.

You can add one or more ELP to a list ofELP

You need to editELP to enter the content that will be displayed on the site.

Modify a ELP

To modify a ELP you've just created, select your ELP in the layout tree and click on the Modify content button in the Teaching element tab.

To modify an existing ELP , search for a course and click on the Course organization button.

TheELP you want to modify belongs only to a list ofELP.

Select your ELP in the course tree, the Teaching element tab appears and then click on the Modify content button.

You can also double-click onELP to open it in the main area, and the Modify content button will also be available in the Teaching element tab.

Overview of ELP fields: fields are grouped into tabs, and those that are mandatory are followed by an asterisk (*).

Save :

Once you've modified the fields, click on the Save button in the Edit tab.

You can save your current entry and stay on course, or save & close.

Add a component

To add a component or a school, go to the Training offer tab and click on the New component button.

A pop-up window opens, prompting you to enter the title of the new component.

You need to modify the component, to fill in the information linked to it.

Please note that the display does not correspond to that of the website: only the content is shown, without the page's graphic organization (menus, banner, search engine...).

Modifying a component

To modify an existing or newly-created component, you need to perform a component search

Select a component in the search or in the component tree in the sidebar.

The Component tab appears, and next click on the Modify content button.

Alternatively, double-click on the component in the search or tree view to open it in the main area.
The Modify content button will also be available in the Component tab.

Principle :
When you select a component in the search, the selection is also made automatically in the school and component structure.
The selection in the search is in blue, and in the structure the component is selected in light grey.



The structure establishment and components allows you to navigate the component tree.
You can move elements within the plant and component structure.
Click on an element and hold left-click to reorder elements.
A line appears between the elements, indicating the target location.

Save :

Once you've modified the fields, click on the Save button in the Edit tab.

You can save your current entry and stay on the route, or save & close.

Add a contact

To add a contact, go to the Training Offer tab and click on the New Contact button.

A pop-up window opens, prompting you to enter the new contact's title and translation.

Press Ok to validate the contact. Your new contact is displayed in an open tab in the central area.

You need to modify the contact, to fill in the information linked to it.

Edit contact

To modify the contact you've just created, click on the Modify content button in the Contact tab.

To modify an existing contact, you need to search for contacts and select it.

Next, in the contact tab , click on the Modify content button.

Overview of contact fields: mandatory fields are followed by an asterisk (*).

Certain fields can be quickly modified directly from the contact search.

Simply select your contact and click once on the field you wish to modify.

Double-click to open the contact's file in a new tab.

After editing, click outside the field to display a Save or Cancel button.
