Presentation

The MCC lifecycle is available on year-type containers, and consists of the following 7 states: 

These states follow one another as follows: 


MCC lifecycle rights management

The list of rights associated with the MCC lifecycle is as follows (available in the Training offer - MCC lifecycle category) 

The rights associated with each status are described in detail in the associated paragraph. 

MCC lifecycle validation steps

The status Input in progress is the first status in the MCC lifecycle. 

Two actions are possible: 

Action Finish entering rules

This action is subject to the "Finish entering rules" right. 

Click on Finish entering rules

A pop-up window appears, allowing you to enter the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).


The status Entering completed rules is active. 

Restrictions

By default, the following restrictions apply when switching to "Rules entry complete" status: 

The following fields can no longer be modified: 

  • for a container : 
    • Compensable
    • Justified absences
    • Unjustified absences
    • Diet
    • Number of sessions
    • Themes
    • Rules

The "Modify after submission to component inspection" right allows you to modify rules after they have been marked as completed. 

Action Finish entering evaluations 

This action is subject to the "Finish entering assessments" right. 

Click on Finish entering assessments

A pop-up window appears, allowing you to enter the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).

The status Entering completed evaluations is active.

Restrictions

By default, the following restrictions apply to the changeover to "Entry of assessments completed" status: 

The following fields can no longer be modified: 

  • for a container : 
    • Compensable
    • Justified absences
    • Unjustified absences
    • Diet
    • Number of sessions
  • for an ELP : 
    • Is it evaluated? 
    • Coefficient
    • Coefficient (per educational path)
    • Valuation system
    • Eliminatory mark
    • Session 1
    • Session 2
  • for one hour of teaching : 
    • TD equivalent
    • Standard
    • Open groups

The right "Modify MCCs after submission to component control" allows you to make changes after marking the entry of assessments as complete. 

Action Validate entry in component

The action is available only if rule entry has been completed and if assessment entry has been completed. 

This action is subject to the "Control MCC entry in component" right. 

The associated button is located below the "Rules entry complete" or "Assessments entry complete" buttons. 

Click on Validate component entry

A pop-up window appears, allowing you to enter the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).

The status  is active. 

Restrictions

By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active. 

The "Modify MCCs after component control" right allows you to modify MCCs after reaching the "MCC entry controlled by component" status. 

Action Validate component

This action is subject to the "Validate MCC in component" right.

Click on Validate component

A pop-up window appears, allowing you to enter the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).

The status Validated MCC component is active. 

Restrictions

By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active. 

The "Modify MCCs after component validation" right allows you to modify MCCs after they have reached the "Component MCC validated" status. 

Action Validate entry for CFVU (Conseil de la Formation et de la Vie Universitaire)

This action is linked to the "Control MCC entry for CFVU" right. 

Click on Validate entry for CFVU

A pop-up window appears, allowing you to enter the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).

The entry for the CFVU is validated and the status CFVU-controlled MCC input  is active.

Restrictions

By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active. 

The "Modify MCCs after CFVU control" right allows you to modify MCCs after they have reached the "CFVU-controlled MCC entry" status. 

Action Valider CFVU (Conseil de la Formation et de la Vie Universitaire)

This action is linked to the "Validate MCCs for CFVU" right. 

Click on Validate CFVU

A pop-up window appears, indicating that the official MCC document will be generated, and asking you to enter the validation date and a comment (optional).

The status Validated MCC CFVU is active.

When this status is validated, the official MCC document in PDF format is automatically generated and archived. The validation date appears in the footer of the document.

Restrictions

By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active. 

The "Modify MCCs after CFVU control" right allows you to modify MCCs after reaching the "Validated MCC CFVU" status. 

Management of validation refusals

It is possible to go backwards in the life cycle. 

To do this, you need to have the right entitled "Reject", followed by the state you wish to revert to. 

For example: With the "Refuse entry for CFVU" right, this button will be available: 

When you click on this button, the following window opens, allowing you to select the return stage: 

 

Overall validation at training level

Two buttons on the Training tab enable global validation of the years of a training course 

  • Global validation MCC component 
  • Global validation MCC CFVU

These buttons are only available at course level if the action can be carried out over at least one year of the course: 

Global validation MCC component

This button is subject to the "Global MCC component validation" right.

Click on the course (1) then on MCC Component Global Validation (2)

A pop-up appears with the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).

If one or more years do not allow global validation, an error message appears and the years concerned are not validated.

Global validation MCC CFVU

This button is subject to the "CFVU global validation of MCCs" right.

Click on the course (1) then on Global validation MCC CFVU (2)

A pop-up window appears with the validation date and a comment (optional).


If one or more years do not allow global validation, an error message appears and the official MCC document is generated only for the valid year(s).

Tool: View validated MCCs

The View validated MCC button allows you to download the PDF generated when the status is validated. CFVU-controlled MCC input.

This tool is subject to the "View validated MCC" right. 

A pop-up window appears with the link to download the PDF containing the validated MCCs. 



Tool: MCC status

The MCC Status button lets you consult the history of MCC statuses over a training year. 

This tool is subject to the "View MCC status" law.
