The MCC lifecycle is available on year-type containers, and consists of the following 7 states:

The status Input in progress
is the first status in the MCC lifecycle.
Two actions are possible: 
This action is subject to the "Finish entering rules" right.

The status Entering completed rules
is active.
By default, the following restrictions apply when switching to "Rules entry complete" status:

The "Modify after submission to component inspection" right allows you to modify rules after they have been marked as completed.
This action is subject to the "Finish entering assessments" right.

is active.
By default, the following restrictions apply to the changeover to "Entry of assessments completed" status:

The right "Modify MCCs after submission to component control" allows you to make changes after marking the entry of assessments as complete.
The action is available only if rule entry has been completed and if assessment entry has been completed.
This action is subject to the "Control MCC entry in component" right.
The associated button is located below the "Rules entry complete" or "Assessments entry complete" buttons.

The entry for the CFVU is validated and the status CFVU-controlled MCC input
is active.
By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active.
The "Modify MCCs after CFVU control" right allows you to modify MCCs after they have reached the "CFVU-controlled MCC entry" status.
This action is linked to the "Validate MCCs for CFVU" right.

A pop-up window appears, indicating that the official MCC document will be generated, and asking you to enter the validation date and a comment (optional).

The status Validated MCC CFVU
is active.
When this status is validated, the official MCC document in PDF format is automatically generated and archived. The validation date appears in the footer of the document.

By default, there are no restrictions when this status is active.
The "Modify MCCs after CFVU control" right allows you to modify MCCs after reaching the "Validated MCC CFVU" status.
It is possible to go backwards in the life cycle.
To do this, you need to have the right entitled "Reject", followed by the state you wish to revert to.
For example: With the "Refuse entry for CFVU" right, this button will be available: 
When you click on this button, the following window opens, allowing you to select the return stage:

Two buttons on the Training tab enable global validation of the years of a training course

These buttons are only available at course level if the action can be carried out over at least one year of the course: 
This button is subject to the "Global MCC component validation" right.
Click on the course (1) then on MCC Component Global Validation (2)
A pop-up appears with the validation date (mandatory) and a comment (optional).
If one or more years do not allow global validation, an error message appears and the years concerned are not validated.

This button is subject to the "CFVU global validation of MCCs" right.
Click on the course (1) then on Global validation MCC CFVU (2)
A pop-up window appears with the validation date and a comment (optional).
If one or more years do not allow global validation, an error message appears and the official MCC document is generated only for the valid year(s).

The View validated MCC button allows you to download the PDF generated when the status is validated. CFVU-controlled MCC input.
This tool is subject to the "View validated MCC" right.
A pop-up window appears with the link to download the PDF containing the validated MCCs. 
The MCC Status button lets you consult the history of MCC statuses over a training year.
This tool is subject to the "View MCC status" law.
