Report
This summary report is available from version 4.4 onwards.
Access to this report is subject to the "Generate cost simulator summary" right.
The button Summary 
launches the cost simulator summary calculation for a given component in .xls format.
For more information on the cost simulator, please visit this page.
Clicking on the button opens a pop-up window to select the parameters for the Synthesis report.

Select from the drop-down list the component on which the report is to be run. If you do not select a component, the report will be run on all components. |

Select the catalog on which you want to run the report. By default, the current catalog is selected. |

Click on OK to confirm.
A new pop-up window opens to confirm your choice to launch the Summary report.
From the control tab, click on the search button in the search criteria to bring up the Summary report.
To download the report, double-click on it or go to the tab Control and click on the Download the report 
.
The downloaded report is in zip format and contains the cost simulator summary calculation files, by component.
Results
For each training course in the component, the report contains :
- one line at a time
- and a total training line (values correspond to the sum of the training stages).
An overall total line is also present, corresponding to the total for each course.
The report columns correspond to the information in the cost simulator, i.e. :
- Hourly volumes by type of teaching
- Total hours (sum of each teaching type column)
- TD equivalent" hours
- TD equivalent" prorated hours
- Workforce
- O/W ratio = prorated eqTD hours / Workforce
