The program management dashboarddisplays statistics related to the program lifecycle, the MCC lifecycle, and graduation requirements. 

The management dashboard is available starting with version 4.8

General presentation

The Dashboard tool is available on the Training Offerings tab under the Management tab :  

Access to the piloting dashboard is linked to the "Piloting dashboard" right available in the "Training offer - Piloting" group. 

The tool consists of three parts: 

  • MCC Lifecycle Status: For each MCC lifecycle status, the number of years of training in that status is displayed.

  • Status of the management lifecycle: For each status in the management lifecycle, the number of training sessions in that status is displayed
  • Eligibility requirements: requested exemptions and additional rules: for each subject area, the number of years of training for which an exemption has been requested is displayed. 

Filter

A filter section is available at the top of the tool and allows you to filter by:

  • the catalog
  • the component 

MCC Lifecycle Status

For each status in the MCC lifecycle, the number of years of training in that status is displayed. 

An "Invalid Data" entry is available starting with version 4.9 and lists the training years with missing or invalid data that prevent the lifecycle from progressing.
This entry appears if the MCC restriction policy configuration is set to "Force value trickle-down" for the plan.

When you click on an underlined number, a search for containers of a specific year in this status (in this example, the MCC status filter is set to "In Progress") opens in a new tab:

Status of the lifecycle management process

For each status in the management lifecycle, the number of training sessions in that status is displayed.

When you click on an underlined number, a search for training programs in this view (in this example, the status is filtered to "Approved") opens in a new tab:

Requirements for obtaining the degree: requested exemptions and additional requirements

This column shows, by subject area, the number of years of training for which an exemption has been recorded.

When you click on an underlined number, a search for containers of the "year" type that have an exception to the specified standard rule(in this example, Attendance) opensin a new tab:
