Extraction

Access to this model extraction is subject to the "Generate model" right. 

From the Steering tab

The button Model allows you to generate .doc or .xls mock-ups for each course in the selected component or catalog.

When you click on the button, a pop-up window opens, allowing you to select the parameters for extracting the model.

The output format is available from version 4.3 onwards.

Click on OK to confirm.
A new pop-up will open to confirm your choice to start extracting the model.

From the "Advanced" tab of a course

The Mock-up button is used to generate mock-ups in .doc or .xls format. 

When you click on the button, a pop-up window opens, allowing you to select the parameters for extracting the model.

The choice of output format is available from version 4.3.

Find the extraction generated

From the control tab, click on the search button in the search criteria to bring up the model extraction.

To download the extraction you can double-click on the extraction or go to the Steering tab and click on the Download report button.

The downloaded report is in zip format and contains one mock-up file per course.

Results

Preview of a training extraction file :

The following information is displayed for each course:

  • The Ametys code for ELPs
  • ELP wording
  • The nature of ELPs, e.g. subject, UE, TD
  • ECTS
  • Carrier stage: this is displayed if the "Carrier stage" field has been entered in an ELP, and if the carrier stage is different from its hierarchy.
    For example, in the model below, the Geography license has ELPs shared with the L1 History license.
    The ELP ancient history has no carrier stage because the "Carrier stage" field has not been filled in.
