Extraction
Access to this extraction is subject to the "Generate study regulations report" right.
From the Steering tab
The button Study regulations 
generates study regulations in .doc format for each course in the selected component or catalog.
The study regulations can be found at the course level in the tab Steering. 
When you click on the button, a pop-up window opens, allowing you to select the parameters for extracting the model.

Click on OK to confirm.
A new pop-up window will open to confirm your choice to launch the extraction of study regulations.
From the "Advanced" tab of a course
The Study regulations button generates study regulations for the course in .doc format.
When you click on the button, a pop-up window opens to confirm your choice to launch the extraction of study regulations.
Find the extraction generated
From the steering tab, click on the search button in the search criteria to bring up the study regulations extraction.
To download the extraction you can double-click on the extraction or go to the Steering tab and click on the Download report button.
The downloaded report is in zip format and contains a file of study regulations for each course.
Results
Result of an extraction file Training regulations :
It is displayed:
- Course description
- Type of diploma
- The field of study
- Catalog wording
- Information on study regulations
