Tool description

Teaching hours entry table

The tool looks as follows:

  • The first column corresponds to the model tree.

Selecting an element on this tree automatically selects the corresponding element on the model tool, and vice versa.

The model root depends on the content on which centralized data entry is performed. Here's an example with a container:

  • The following columns correspond to teaching types (one column per teaching type).

Example with CM, TD and TP teaching types:

Filter zone

For search an element , a tool Filter is available.

Example here: only the element matching the "Solution chemistry" filter is displayed:

The button Delete filter to clear the search

The button Close all closes all open elements
The button refreshes the selected item

Modify teaching hours

To modify teaching hours, simply click on the desired cell (editable cells have a light blue background).

It then appears with a dotted blue outline and arrows are drawn.

When the change is made, the cell has a red tick in the top left-hand corner:

A yellow banner message appears, asking you to save your changes.

Don't hesitate to save regularly so you don't lose your work.

If an ELP has several teaching hours of the same type, the tool does not allow modification. An explanatory tooltip appears when you hover over the cell concerned (orange box).
