Search engines in the back office

The Ametys ODF application allows you to carry out various searches in the back office, among imported and published or unpublished training courses:

  • training search
  • ELP search (educational elements)
  • component search
  • contact search

These searches are carried out among imported or synchronized training courses; it is quite possible, following a global synchronization, to import new training courses individually. (?? TODO how??)

Training search

To search for one or more courses, click on the Search for courses button in the Training offer tab:

A new tab opens automatically on the right-hand side of the application, allowing you to enter various search criteria, the main ones being :

  • wording: enter one or more terms appearing in the wording of the courses searched for
  • modification date: enter the period during which the courses searched for were modified (you can enter only one date).
  • status: select the status of the courses you are looking for

Then click on the Search button: you will be presented with a list of courses matching your search criteria:

If you do not enter any criteria, the full list of courses will be displayed.

If you double-click on a course, an additional tab opens on the right-hand side, displaying the course.

Please note that the display does not correspond to that of the website: only the content is shown, without the page's graphic organization (menus, banner, search engine...).

 ELP search

To search for one or more ELPs, click on the Search for ELPs button in the Training Offer tab:

A new tab opens automatically on the right-hand side of the application, allowing you to enter various search criteria, the main ones being :

  • title: enter one or more terms appearing in the title of the ELPs you are searching for
  • modification date: enter the period during which the ELPs searched for were modified (only one date can be entered).
  • status: select the status of the ELPs you are looking for

Then click on the Search button: you will then see a list of ELPs matching the search criteria:

If you don't enter any criteria, the full list of ELPs will be displayed.

If you double-click on an ELP, an additional tab opens on the right to display the ELP.

Please note that the display does not correspond to that of the website: only the content is shown, without the page's graphic organization (menus, banner, search engine...).

Component search

To search for one or more components (or establishments), click on the Establishments and components button in the Training offer tab:

A new tab opens automatically on the right-hand side of the application, allowing you to enter various search criteria, the main ones being :

  • name: enter one or more terms appearing in the name of the components you are searching for
  • modification date: enter the period during which the components searched for were modified (it is possible to enter only one date).
  • status: select the status of the components you are looking for

Then click on the Search button: the list of components matching the search criteria is displayed:

If you don't enter any criteria, the complete list of components will be displayed.

If you double-click on a component, an additional tab opens on the right to display the component.

Please note that the display does not correspond to that of the website: only the content is shown, without the page's graphic organization (menus, banner, search engine...).

Contact search

To search for one or more contacts, click on the Search contacts button in the Training offer tab:

  • modification date: enter the period during which the contacts searched for were modified (it is possible to enter only one date).
  • status: select the status of the contacts you are looking for

Then click on the Search button: the list of contacts matching the search criteria will be displayed:

If you don't enter any criteria, the complete list of contacts will be displayed.

If you double-click on a contact, an additional tab opens on the right to display the contact.

Please note that the display does not correspond to that of the website: only the content is shown, without the page's graphic organization (menus, banner, search engine...).
