Improving the skills-based approach

The skills acquisition table has been enriched: from now on, in the case of a skill for which there is no level, a line with a cross will appear in the table.

Display enhancements

The following improvements have been made to Ametys-ODF 4.4:
- Contact emails and phones are now clickable
- The display of a route containing only 2 semesters has been revised

Pedagogical booklet

Ametys-ODF allows you to generate, archive and access archived learning guides for one or more courses.
This corresponds to a PDF export of the validated version of the course and its constituent ELPs.

Data entry and management

Rights allocation by catalog

It is now possible to assign rights to a training element (ELP, Formation, Parcours) by catalog.

Input improvements

The following points improve input into Ametys-ODF 4.4:
- Update ELP input pop-up
- Add catalog to dashboard
- Add language choice to catalog export PDF
- Add decorators to mock-up tool

Changes to reference tables

Reference tables evolve:
- The 'Order' attribute is taken into account when displaying the
site map - The 'Archived' attribute is added to archive a reference table entry.

Report generation restricted to user components

The generation of the various ODF reports is now restricted to user components.

Management of mention types by diploma

For a course, the list proposed for the "Mention" attribute depends on the type of course selected.
For this, the link between the diploma and the type of endorsement is made directly via a field in the "Diploma" reference table.

New "Teaching hours" column in the search for ELP

The ELP back office search has been enhanced with a new "Teaching hours" column.
It is now possible to modify teaching hours values directly from this search.

Costing summary report

A new "Cost simulator summary" report is now available.
It represents an excel export of the new cost simulator tool.

Cost simulator

The cost simulator calculates the cost of a course or component, based on the number of students in each stage, and the information entered in the teaching hours.
The simulator takes mutualization into account, and provides the O/W ratio.
In order to adjust the cost of training, it is possible, directly within the tool, to modify values such as the number of teaching hours or the number of students.
