Suggested routes
The default course workflow now includes 3 states: Draft -> Proposed -> Validated, and the actions Proposal, Validation or Refusal.
If you are using your own version of the workflow for routes (WEB-INF/param/workflows/subprogram.xml)You can also add the "Proposed" status and associated actions by referring to the core workflow.
This workflow is linked to 2 new rights, "Propose a course" and "Refuse a course", which must be added to the relevant profiles.
Course dashboard
As courses have a Proposal/Validation workflow, a new "Course Dashboard" tool has been added.
You can add an optional file todolist-subprogram.xml to your application's WEB-INF/param folder to adapt the behavior of this dashboard.
