Global validation

Available from any element of a training model (training, course, year, elp, etc.), global validation is now accessible regardless of their status (draft, proposed, validated).

Global validation is used to validate all or part of the model's tree structure. It affects the selected element and all its child elements. Only non-validated elements will have their lifecycle modified.

A global validation dashboard is now available. This allows you to check the validation status of all courses:
