This feature activates an experimental mode which may compromise data integrity, and cancels Ametys ODF software maintenance. Experimental mode support is excluded from normal maintenance contracts.

The"Centralized skills entry" tool gives you a complete overview of the micro-skills associated with an ELP , and enables you to assign them.

General presentation

The"Centralized skills entry" tool is available for training courses.

Access to this tool is linked to the "Skills entry" right, available in the "Training offer - Skills" group.

Tool description

Skills entry table

The tool looks as follows:

  • The first column corresponds to the model tree.

Selecting an element on this tree automatically selects the corresponding element on the model tool, and vice versa.

  • The following columns are organized as follows:
    • One column per macro-skill (orange box)
      • One sub-column for each micro-skill associated with the macro-skill (blue box)

If no skills are attached to the course, a yellow banner "No skills are attached to the course.

Filter zone

To search for an item, a Filter tool is available. This filter consists of :

  • a filter zone on the model
  • a skills filter zone

Model filter

Example here: only the element matching the "Solution chemistry" filter is displayed:

The button Delete filter to clear the search

The button Close all closes all open elements
The button Refresh refreshes the selected item

Skills filter

The filter searches for text on macro-skills and micro-skills.

Example here: only skills matching the "evaluate" filter are displayed:

Define a blocking micro-skill on a training course

A tick appears on the line of a training course.

If the box is checked, then the micro-skill is defined as blocking at training level.

Attaching a micro-skill to an ELP

Select an ELP cell and a micro-skill

Example: TheELP Organic Chemistry cell under the micro-competency Working in teams and networks

Click twice on the cell to display a black validation tick:

  • On first click, a blue square appears
  • On the second click, a blue tick is added

To indicate that a modification has been made, a red tick appears at the top left of the cell.

Once you've made your changes, click on Save in the yellow banner at the top of the tool.

Don't hesitate to save regularly so you don't lose your work.

TheELP tick is orange if the micro-skill is marked as blockingELP

Result on a training sheet

In terms of training

The macro-skills and micro-skills of a course are displayed on the course sheet, in the Skills section:

The skills acquisition chart graphically illustrates the macro-skills and micro-skills associated with the training program.

If the micro-skill is linked to a UE, it is marked with a cross.

At ELP level

The micro-competencies attached to theELP are displayed in the "Competency-based approach" section.
