ODF - Modifying imports css

This page should only be used if script asks you to manually migrate skin.20210909.ODF.commoncss

The ODF charter, which included the sources of numerous libraries, has been cleaned up.
The charter also contained the fontawesome and medialement libs, which have been removed to use our existing plugins .

In head's "common-css " template,xsl imports have been modified. If you have overloaded this template :

1. it's wrong
2. compare your version of "common-css" with that of the skin ODF kernel and make any necessary changes.
