Centralized skills entry

The centralized skills entry tool lets you view all the micro-skills associated with an ELP , and assign them directly.

It is available for training. 

One column per micro-skill is present. 

Access to this tool is linked to the "Skills entry" right, available in the "Training offer - Skills" group. 

Selecting an element in the centralized input tool automatically selects the corresponding element in the model tool, and vice versa.
