The skills-based approach is evolving with the introduction of a new hierarchical structure:

  • Macro-skill: a high-level, potentially cross-disciplinary skill (shared by several training courses)

  • Micro-skills: grouped under each macro-skill.

Each macro-skill can now be attached to a training course, offering better organization and pooling of skills in training paths.
