Changes to reference tables

The ODF reference tables are evolving: 

• The 'Order' attribute is now taken into account when displaying the sitemap. The site map now displays entries in ascending order first, followed by entries in alphabetical order. 
• A new 'Archived' attribute is added. This attribute is used to archive a reference table entry. In this case, the entry is no longer selectable for modifications or searches.
