Improvements to the PDF training catalog

The PDF training catalog has been expanded: 

• It can be generated either 
  • Based on parameters (component and/or diploma type)
  • From a registered request. This request must relate to training courses. 

• Select multiple components or degrees
• Possibility of including
• Add bookmarks for better navigation

These bookmarks provide access to the table of contents and to each course in the catalog.
