Input improvements

The following points have been added to Ametys-ODF 4.4 to improve data entry: 

• Update of ELPs input pop-up (min and maxELP numbers are grayed out as long as the type is not "A choix").

• Add catalog to dashboard

• Language selection added to PDF catalog exports

• Adding decorators to the mock-up tool

Nota Bene: As the notion of supporting stages is introduced by plugin odf-pilotage, the "Elements supported by another stage" decorator is only present if you have this plugin.
