Training model

The Course model button opens a side tool with the tree of the course you've selected.

Ergonomic principle
If you select another training course in the search results, the Training Organization tool updates automatically.

The shared teaching hours element is available from version 4.8 onwards.

The training model contains the following header: 

Filter

The filter zone (circled in orange in the diagram above) is made up of the following components: 

  • A 3-character filter: only items matching this filter are displayed. The deletes the filter. 
  • A button   to close all model elements
  • A button to refresh the selected model element
  • A button   to display indicators :  
    • Element code
    • Lifecycle status If the box is checked, then : 
      • The pictogram is displayed after the element if it is validated.
      • The pictogram is displayed after the element if it is not validated. 
    • Shared elements If the box is checked, then :
      • The pictogram is displayed after the element if it is mutualized.
      • The pictogram is displayed after the element if a parent element is shared.

The pictogram takes precedence over the pictogram If an element is the child of a shared parent that is itself shared, the pictogram which will be displayed. 

A hovering tooltip shows the number of mutualizations (orange box).

    • List typeELP If the box is checked, then :
      • The pictogram is displayed to highlight a list of optionalELP .
      • The pictogram is displayed to highlight a list ofELP choices.
    • Item excluded from publication . If the box is checked, then a pictogram is displayed in front of the element(s) excluded from the front office display.
    • Element shared teaching hours . If the box is checked, then a pictogram is displayed in front of the element when there is a shared teaching hour.
    • Elements carried by another stage  . If the box is checked, then the pictogram is displayed after the element if it is shared and not carried by the current step.

As the notion of supporting stages is introduced by plugin odf-pilotage, this "Elements supported by another stage" decorator is only present if you have this plugin.

In the event of a problem, the indicator changes color. When hovering over the indicator, a tooltip appears with the nature of the problem (orange box).

Checking training status

The training status verification area is circled in blue on the diagram above. 

Click on it to check the overall validation status of the course. 

  • If all training elements are validated, the field is filled in as follows: 
  • If at least one element of the course is not validated, the field is filled in as follows: 

Click on the opens a pop-up listing the unvalidated elements of the course: 

The button to restart a global verification.
