Skills table: exclude an item from the skills display

A new button ("Advanced" tab) lets you exclude a course, a path or a container (year, semester) from the skills display.

An excluded item does not appear in the skills acquisition table.

If an element is excluded, or is part of an excluded parent element, the skills will not appear on its file (web and PDF).
